Talk:Destructionist
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Please do not delete this definition. It is cited in every major dictionary online and I have gathered up these definitions to try to make a more coherent and encompassing definition. The definition even explains and cites pop culture and spiritual worship.
No wikipedia is an encyclopedia and an encyclopedia by definition has articles/submissions which encompass terms. I will revise my article if wikipedia wants me to take out the physical/clinical definition but there is no way i'll see an article such as http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emo as more substantiated and valid in longevity then my term. I can even expand on the article citing the worlds most evil and horrendous individuals and prove(with cited references) they were all destructionists in varying degrees.
There is a Wiktionary as well, that could probably use an entry on thiis subject. I'm thinking that perhaps this article would be better if it were retitled "Destructionism," so that it refers directly to the philosophy and not its practitioners. (-David) Paxfeline 11:34, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
Yes I think it would probably be a good idea to get into into wiktionary as well. Destructionism though is defined by the destructionist as with the atheist's beliefs(or lack thereof) determing what essentially is atheism. Thus I sorta wanted to start with the invididual belief and work toward the theory itself of value of a negative space over value of positive space.
