User:A_Man_In_Black commented that I strongly feel that Wikipedia is better served by working from the top down, rather than from the bottom up. and I find myself agreeing with him. What are the purposes of Halo (video game series) versus Halo universe? I propose (a tonna work) a complete reorganization of all of Halo. Starting from the top.
