[edit] Character biography
Diana Seelix is a deckhand aboard Galactica with some basic medical training. She participates in the mission to Kobol, during which she helps euthanize a mortally wounded Socinus. Later, during the Cylon occupation of New Caprica, she becomes a resistance fighter. After the exodus from New Caprica, she is appointed by Zarek (at this point President) to participate in a six person jury named "The Circle", trying and executing humans suspected of collaborating with Cylons. After Roslin pardons all suspected collaborators, the Circle disbands. Seelix wished to become a viper pilot, but was denied her wings because her position was considered by the CAG to be too vital. Later Seelix was granted flight status and promoted to the rank of ensign.
