[edit] Incorrectly Placed Block Tag

Hello Diehardinfo. I recently noticed you placed the block tag on an IP talk page even though the IP has not been blocked yet nor are you an administrator. When an IP has vandalized past a test4 warning you can report them on the AIV page. Follow the instructions on the page carefully before reporting any vandal. You recently added {{uw-npa4im}} to my talk page. I believe that you either tagged the wrong talk page, or you are confused about the purpose of this template. That particular template is used as the fourth and final warning (after the earlier three templates in the series have been issued and continually ignored) for a user making personal attacks against another person.
