Digital photo frame

A digital photo frame is a picture frame that displays digital photos without the need for printing them first. The advent of digital cameras necessitates this type of product, as fewer than 35% of digital photos are ever printed [1]. Digital photo frames typically display the pictures directly from a camera's memory card, though a few styles also provide internal memory storage. Some models can load pictures over the Internet from RSS feeds, photo-sharing sites like Flickr or Picasa, and even by email. Such networked models usually support wireless (802.11) connections. Most digital photo frames display the photos in a slideshow (usually with adjustable time intervals). Some frames can also play the movie clips recorded in the camera's "movie mode", or MPG files, and MP3 audio.
