Dinoco is a fictional oil company that has appeared in the Pixar animated features Toy Story and Cars. It has a name similar to the name of Amoco or Sunoco (and possibly Conoco Inc.) while using a dinosaur, similar to Sinclair Oil's logo.

In Toy Story, Buzz and Woody get in a fight and are separated from their owner at a Dinoco station.

In Cars, Dinoco is the main sponsor of The King, a veteran racer on the verge of retirement. The company's lavish sponsorship is highly sought after by the main character Lightning McQueen and his rival Chick Hicks. After cheating in the last race (intentionally causing The King to crash), Chick is denied the Dinoco sponsorship which is then offered to Lightning McQueen, who declines in favor of remaining with his current sponsor, Rust-eze.

In Cars, the company's signature color is a pale blue shade referred to as "Dinoco blue". This blue is the same shade as The King, himself based on Richard Petty's 1970 Plymouth Superbird. Lightning McQueen, in one of his daydreams, appears in Dinoco Blue.

Not much is known about the company's history or its corporate hierarchy. In Cars, its CEO is Tex (voiced by H. A. Wheeler), a 1975 Cadillac Coupe de Ville with gold paint and a set of horns from a Longhorn mounted in place of a hood ornament.
Dinoco appears to have very few minor sponsors in Cars. The King only has eight minor sponsors - extremely few compared to most others. In the scene in which Lightning imagines Chick in Dinoco Blue, Chick has about the same number of minor sponsors and most of the racers do, when the real Chick has a minor sponsor sticker on every square inch of his body. Also, in a similar daydream with Lightning imagining himself in Dinoco Blue (pictured above), he has no minor sponsors at all.
