I think there should be more info on his albums and life story. --Willis835 15:19, 26 September 2005 (UTC)
I love DMX... i think you need to update this... he has now joined SONY, but there are no reasons to why... please find out. THANKS!
There should be more info on various things and the page layout should be better, also add info about his singles.
Seriously though, this entire page sounds so fan boy. So he'a a tuff rapper from the streets. Got any references to back that up?
I made vast edits regarding links, formatting, and POV. I also added the unreferenced label due to the lack of sources.Dan Kimmons 21:32, 28 June 2006 (UTC)

Somebody keeps putting the career start for DMX at 1998, wherelse in the article, it said that he appeared in the Unsigned Hype Section of the Source in 1991. Whatever the case is, DMX was on Mic Geronimo's The Natural album in 1995, but before that in the period of 1991-1995, he had a video and song called "Born Loser" which was never aired on MTV because of the so-called "violent and explicit" scences in the video. It really annoyes me that MTV would rather play rap videos with cars and clothes, but would not play videos about real life.
[edit] Needs reputible resources
This article needs to try to find some actual information from newspapers, magazines and non-partisan third-parties. We cannot determine what site is official for any particular organization or person based on original research. The web site needs to be mentioned as official in an article and not an advertisment for it to be verifiable. Any information from the web site must also be avoided since it is self-referencing, biased and autobiographical. Ste4k 03:40, 30 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Criminal Record
- In September 4, 2006 Bobby Brown, DMX, Busta Rhymes have all been arrested for possession drugs for personal use.
Any reason this is here? Awkward and tangential. MKV 16:56, 20 October 2006 (UTC)
I would say it is somewhat relevant but I think we need a link to see it as I never heard of this and that it should be pulled until proof is presented from a good source-DogPHman 02:45, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
"DMX mentions his criminal attorney, Murray Richman, also known as "Don't Worry Murray", in E.A.R.L.: The Autobiography of DMX[3]." Is this even meaningful?-DogPHman 02:49, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
I completely deleted the line about "September 4, 2006 arrests, because it was changed from "possesion for drugs" to "Bum Sex or Anal Sex". Clear vandalism, and the comment didn't seem appropriate anyway, so it's gone now. --le petite robot 17:41, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Infobox
DMX's music is Rap not Rap and Rock —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Lil' Infamous (talk • contribs) 23:47, 3 December 2006 (UTC).
[edit] Why
"DMX is a fan of the Pit Bull type dogs (American Pit Bull Terriers and American Staffordshire Terriers). He has a tattoo of one of his deceased dogs, on his back, which reads "One Love Boomer". He later contributed over $1 million to the United Negro Association for unfortunate black children in New York City."
why part of him contributing over 1mill isnt relevant to the current subject —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Lil' Infamous (talk • contribs) 23:50, 3 December 2006 (UTC).
[edit] K-Solo
I changed the part about K-Solo passing the lie detector. I actually saw this and know the results. I also cleaned up the page a bit. - Bruno
