From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Dominic Mason Etli (born January 12, 1977), is an American football (soccer) player from the United States who played as a backup goalkeeper for Avaí Futebol Clube, during the 2000 season.
Etli quickly discovered a love of soccer, and parlayed that into a relatively successful amateur career through high school, suffering a knee injury in 1993, and again in 1994, before college at SUNY Canton. Etli traveled to Brazil in search of professional dreams, and an open tryout to become a back up goalkeeper.
