Don Canney

Don Canney was the long time mayor of Cedar Rapids, IA up until he resigned to work for PMX. Prior to this he was streets commissionor and was instrumental in the construction of the Edgewood Road bridge over the Cedar River. Canney realized the potential of that part of town and that the bridge would be needed long before it appeared it was necessary. The Edgewood Road bridge is now one of the busiest in the Cedar Rapids area.
