Donna Kossy

Donna Kossy is a Portland, Oregon based author and zine publisher, most famous for her book, Kooks (ISBN 0-922915-19-9). Kooks is a look at people with aberrant beliefs, such as Francis E. Dec, who was somewhat of a pop culture figure in the 1980's. Kossy also publishes Book Happy which is a zine dedicated to strange books written by other authors.
