Shleby's arrests are part of the Hennepin County District Court Record, Shelby's appearance intoxicated is available via archived info at the Minneapolis Star Tribue, and Emmanuel Serstock will tell you flat out about Shelby's vendetta.

Obviously someone has a secret fettish for Don Shelby.... Scrubbing the alcoholism and arrests from his wiki entry? For shame.....
