After being sleep deprived for days, Hawkeye begins to act even more erratic than normal. After Hawkeye sends a terse telegram to Harry Truman, asking “Who’s responsible?”, General Clayton comes to the camp to investigate. Unfortunately, he arrives just as Hawkeye launches his insane plan to bring peace by sending the camp latrine to North Korea.
