If you're using the default Wikipedia:Skin, you can use the "Plus" tab to the right of the "Edit this page" tab to start a new conversation thread. If you're using the right software, you can just hit [ALT]+[+]. (Replies and discussion within a thread don't need new headings.)

I've set-up User:MiszaBot to auto-archive old threads after 7 days. Before I did that, I was keeping archives manually, at /Archives.

Hi there! I noticed your recent edits to WP:OFFICE. Would you please be so kind as to stop in at Wikipedia talk:Office Actions#Major revisions to who is authorized? There's a bit of a tempest brewing there (probably in a teapot, as usual). I think some commentary from the actual contributors would clear things up tremendously.
