[edit] Plot
Mrs. Louder, the elderly widow of the founder of Winfred-Louder, asks Drew to lunch. She offers Drew a job as her personal assistant with a promise of an increase in pay compared to his current position. She also promises that he will be in the running to become head of personnel. Drew questions whether he should change jobs or not, but he fears that he might be fired unless he takes the position as personal assistant. Drew finally takes the job, and with his new position he is not officially allowed to date Lisa since he is no longer in management anymore. When Drew and Lisa have a "meeting" in the copy room during the office Christmas party, Mrs. Louder catches them. Because of this, Drew is demoted back to assistant director of personnel. Meanwhile, Drew's neighbor, Jules, ends up driving Drew crazy with his extensive elaborate Christmas lights display.

Oswald: She sent a note...and it's a dirty note! "The penis mightier than the sword!"
Drew: Let me see that...That's "pen is," you moron!
