[edit] West Coast Choppers
Re: your message at Talk:West Coast Choppers: I don't have any answers to your question, but I'll tell you that here in Southern California that quite a few blacks ride Harleys, as well as the Harley-lookalikes from the Japanese motorcycle manufacturers (Blacks probably ride more of the latter, which are probably better bikes despite the mystique of Harley-Davidsons). Blacks also have their own motorcycle clubs, and the odds are that some of the clubs have websites, and that's probably the best place to start looking for answers to your questions.
I don't know about the local Harley dealerships, but just down the street from me is a shop that does Harley repairs and builds custom choppers, and they get customers from all ethnic groups and they even get customers from other countries (I've met Germans and Japanese at the shop).
In trying to do a quick Google search to help answer your question, I did find this article which I thought you might find interesting: Motorcycle Hall of Fame Bessie Stringfield BlankVerse 05:52, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
