[edit] Plot Synopsis
After a bad drunken experience, Rocko vows to never get drunk again (something Nitz reminds Rocko that he's said many times before). When Kimmy invites Nitz and Cal to a bar, Nitz doesn't have a fake ID and is therefore unable to get in, yet he sees Kimmy hugging everyone in the bar. After Gimpy makes a fake ID for Nitz, word of Gimpy's talent quickly spreads and soon he becomes obsessed with perfecting his "works of art." Cal tells Nitz that even if he's in a bar, he has to learn to drink as well. While Nitz teaches Rocko how to avoid drinking, Rocko teaches Nitz how to drink (and play quarters).
