The Dublin Adult Football Leauge Division 1 is the top Gaelic football league in Co. Dublin. The 2006 AFL Division 2 champions St Oliver Plunketts have qualified to play in Division 1. The 2005 Division 1 champions were St Brigids.[1] The current (2006) league champions are Thomas Davis.

Erins Isle, St Marks, Trinity Gaels and Fingallians are the bottom four teams that contest a relagation playoff to see who plays next year in Division two. Trinity Gaels defeated Fingallians and therefore the Gaels are not be relegated and will be a Division One side in 2007, they won the game by a scoreline of 2-8 to 1-9. St Marks also saved themselves from relegation by defeating Erins Isle by a scoreline of 3-12 to 0-8. St Oliver Plunketts/Eoghan Ruadh will take the place of the relagated team in Dublins top Division along with St Annes.[2] Round Towers of Clondalkin defeated St Judes by a scoreline of 0-6 to 0-5 to gain their place in the Division One final at O'Toole Park.[3] The other semi final was contested by St Marys (Saggart) and Thomas Davis. Thomas Davis defeated Marys by a scoreline of 0-12 to 1-07.[4] Davis went on to win the Division 1 title against Towers by a scoreline of 0-10 to 0-07.[5]
