In the fictional Star Trek universe, the Klingon sisters Lursa (played by Barbara March) and B'Etor (played by Gwynyth Walsh) are collectively known as the Duras sisters, first appearing in Star Trek: The Next Generation's "Redemption, Part I". Like the other members of the House of Duras, they are villains; throughout their appearances, the characters attempt to destabilize the Klingon government and its relations with the United Federation of Planets. The pair are daughters of Ja'rod and sisters of Duras (TNG: "Redemption, Part I").
TNG's "Firstborn" establishes that Lursa is older than B'Etor along with the fact that Lursa was pregnant with a son whose fate is unknown. Both sisters are killed during the orbital battle near the end of Star Trek: Generations.
