Dying Is Your Latest Fashion is Las Vegas Post-Hardcore band Escape the Fate's first full-length album, released on September 26th, 2006.

In total there are only 7 new songs on their new album.
The band's Myspace has recently allowed audio of the albums fourth track, "The Guillotine", the 8th track "My Apocalypse" and already had the audio from the songs "Not Good Enough for the Truth in Clichė" (previously a demo, however remade by the band for this album) and "Situations" (a song new and exclusive for the album).
