This is a one cent bet on all twenty lines (which is why all the numbers from 1 to 20 are lit up on the left and right sides) - the cost is 20 cents for the bet, displayed under "Bet". "Credit" displays 240, meaning $2.40 of credit remaining.
In this bet, 5 cents has been won because of the three "J" (Jacks) together on line 7. 5 is displayed under "Win" (reflection blocks the number)
"Play on, gamble or take win" is displayed because after any win, there is an opportunity to bet it on either red or black to double up. This can be done up to five times.
