[Bearbeiten] Practise
- Deleting pages in Wikipedia is a controversial topic. When cleaning the template namespace we decided on individual cases. Very old templates that were not used nor linked or documented anywhere where deleted without discussion. If the template was not that old and only used in discussions, for instance as example or suggestion, we asked the authors if they still needed it. If the usage was not good in our point of view, we tried to modify it or raised discussion whether to improve or delete it.
- some rejections of ideas, open discussion about all issues in the project
- When half of the templates were categorized we still discussed about how to name categories that only hold Templates and what general types of templates there are.

- but it's a lot of work and you are not paid for ;-)
- further analysis if templates in other namespaces (esp. user-namespace) - this will probably raise more quarrel
