[edit] IVR systems
Interactive voice response phone systems include computer telephony components from Intel using a Windows platform. The WIZARD phone system supports up to 96 analog phone lines. The PACER phone system supports nearly 500 digital phone lines. PACER systems can be networked to support additional lines beyond the limit of one system.
IVR systems are typically found in stand-alone centers or are integrated into other technology centers including front-ending a call center PBX. Systems can also support outbound calling features such as Predictive dialing and Voice broadcasting.

Community service organizations such as the American Red Cross use this voice broadcast system to contact members of its organizations in the event of an emergency.
