Eastern Wrestling Organisation [ewo]
History
Ewo started in 1996 by Christopher Hattersley. Back then the EWO was named the wwf, but was changed in 2005 by Lucas Hattersley. In 1996 Chris and Lucas Hattersley started to fight for the ewo championship at their first event (WRESTLEMANIA 1). In 1997 Paul Bootle joined forming a tag team with Lucas, they were classed as the best tag-team in ewo history. In 2000 Paul Left the ewo being the holder of the ewo championship. Lucas then made the decision to hire Sean Morrissey and fight for the ewo championship which sean proudly held for 3 months in 2002. In 2004 Chris left the ewo, but immedietly after in the 2005 wrestlemania 9 Santino and Ollie joined forming an immediate rivalry which still lasts today. It is the biggest rivalry in ewo history. In november 2005 Matt retallick left the ewo after a 10 minute spree. He was the proud holder of the intercontinental championship for over 1 minute but decided he didn't want anything to do with the ewo. Also at the same time the ewo merchandise manager Liam ings was hired but months later fired after lack of work towards the ewo. In 2007 Sam mulcahy joined forming the reinforcement of the awa, which was its own brand back in october 2006. Sam and santino joined as a tag-team but at wrestlemania 11 Sam screwed Santino forming the SOS along side Ollie and Sean. The day after ewo wrestlemania Lucas decided to change the ways in which the ewo would continue, he decided to make the ewo a production of its own style of wrestling!
