Don't merge with Tokyo --- that article's already too long, and cannot accommodate all the neighborhoods. If it's necessary to merge it with anything, Shibuya would be a better candidate. Fg2 01:51, Feb 3, 2005 (UTC)
- also object to merging with toyko. too small of a neighborhood to warrant its own section in the tokyo article, however, too large of a neighborhood to not have. suggest Wikipedia:Stub.
