Economic Liberalism and Democratic Action for National Recovery (Libéralisme Economique et Action Démocratique pour la Reconstruction Nationale, or LEADER-Fanilo) is a political party in Madagascar. At the last legislative elections, 15 December 2002, the party won 3.3 % of the popular vote and 2 out of 160 seats. The party was founded by Herizo Razafimahaleo in 1992. Razafimahaleo unsuccessfully ran for president in 1996, 2001, and 2006.
Literally, Fanilo means torch, but it is also metaphorically used for a spokesman.
