EDi Rail is a rail company based in Australia. Formed by a merger of Walkers and Clyde Engineering, it is currently a division of Downer EDi. EDi Rail services include design, manufacture, refurbishment and maintenance of rolling stock.

- Electrification of the Cranbourne line, formerly served by a diesel service.
- Rehabilitation of the overhead wires on the Upfield and Pakenham (Dandenong-PAK section) lines.
- Track maintenance for Pacific National (formerly Freight Australia)
- Refurbishment of 98 Comeng trains for Bayside Trains, and later M>Train.
- Carriage refurbishment for the V/Line Fleet
