[edit] So did nobody care?

I only just found out this morning that Klondike Days is no more. This has been an iconic event in Edmonton for many years and this rebranding sounds dubious at best (an "educational" kid's midway? C'mon!). Was there no controversy at all about the changing? If there was, this should be added to the article (as well as, of course, more about the history of the event). 23skidoo 13:35, 16 July 2006 (UTC)
