Born Aaron Christopher Allen in 1980, Ehron Vonallen began music in a small town of 4,000 in Arkansas during the mid 90’s. Delving deep into the gothic scene, Ehron tried to emulate his favorite music such as Depeche Mode, Nitzer Ebb and Tori Amos It was then he and his brother stumbled upon their own style of “dark synth pop”. After being intimately involved during the creation of his brother Jason’s musical endeavor “Catatonic”, Ehron discovered that this style of music is what he really wanted to pursue. He also claims that his hometown was one of his inspirations for his music and that he hopes to have a home there again.
In 1998, he moved to Dallas to join his brother who had already been living there to begin his music career. There they played shows in the very popular music area Deep Ellum in downtown Dallas. In 2000, Ehron joined up with his nomadic brother again and a childhood friend to form the very colorful but strange industrial trio Nuclear Winter. During this time the band enjoyed a year of shows played throughout the Phoenix area, released a full length album and hired a band manager.
In 2002, Vonallen took a vacation back to his hometown Walnut Ridge. While relaxing in the calm countryside, he decided it was time to release his first ever solo project. Upon his return to Phoenix, he booked time at a major recording studio. This was to be the recording of his debut album Incarnation. It was during this time that he legally changed his name to Ehron VonAllen (pronounced Aaron Von Allen), a suitably theatrical choice for his project.
His debut album release was immaculate to say the least. Released on his own label Hydrology Records, he had the freedom to manufacture a two disc version of the album containing reinventions of the original songs and a beautiful art layout by the great John Hall (the photographer), the album was destined to receive attention. Currently he has just released his second album Your Only Friend which was produced, recorded and mixed by Vonallen himself at his very own Nebula Sound Studio. With "Your Only Friend" being widely popular across several electronic music sub genres, Vonallen has a new album coming entitled God's Grandchild. He claims the album is the most "commercial" he's done so far but still maintains his unique style. The album is scheduled for release November 21st, 2006 which will be his third full length LP.

Formerly the lead singer of the industrial band Nuclear Winter from 2000-2002
Pop star CeCe Peniston was a guest vocalist on the album "Incarnation" but was later withdrawn due to record company contractual conflict. R&B vocalist Morgan Hinton replaced her and appeared on 2 songs.
After years of worrying that he would never meet Bob Moog, Ehron had dinner with him a year before Mr. Moog passed away.
Sang on the chorus of "I Feel Loved" with Depeche Mode at a sold-out concert in 2001.
