eLawyering is a term used to refer to the practice of law over the internet. It is a term that is more expansive than a mere legal related internet advertisement for a service, lawyer, or law firm. eLawyering iniatives have been undertaken by the American Bar Association in order to reach a "latent market" of lower and middle class citizens in need of legal services.
