Elan Atias is an American reggae singer. Atias performed with The Wailers, which had been the backing band for Bob Marley, from 1997 to 1999. In June 2006, he released his debut album, Together as One, produced by No Doubt bassist Tony Kanal. On August 22, 2006, Abbywho, Inc. and Elan Sara DeFan filed a lawsuit against Interscope and Atias over copyright infringement of the trademark name "Elan".[1]
