I'm Ed Gollar. I am an electrical engineer by training, but my field of expertise is in the design of breath alcohol testers (or breathalyzers). I have had 17 years of experience in this area, initially with breath alcohol ignition interlock devices, and more recently with consumer breathalyzers. I have a professional interest in making breathalyzers available to the general public and not to just law enforcement officials or those already convicted of a DWI.
