Emily Davis is a character from Life with Derek, played by Canadian actress Shadia Simmons. Life with Derek is a Canadian-produced show, which airs on the Family Channel in Canada, and on Disney Channel weekends in the U.S..

Emily is the the next door neighbor of Casey MacDonald and Derek Venturi and has an obsessive crush on him. She seems to be the best friend of Casey. Sometimes she can be over-offended from mere comments. She likes Casey very much, but sometimes Casey's lack of street-smarts makes Emily turn her eyes. Nonetheless, Emily is quite a friendly and a (generally) accepting person and other times she lets her feelings of wanting to be popular interfere with her better judgement.

- The actress who portrays Emily, Shadia Simmons, also starred along-side Michael Seater, who plays the character Derek Venturi, in Strange Days at Blake Holsey High as Corrine Baxter and Lucas Randall, respectively.
- She is nicknamed "Em".
- She and Derek are Casey's and Sam's third wheels, as they are the best friends of the couple.
- She has certain fluency in French, as she is able to understand Derek's bemusings, even though his accent, according to her, is trés, trés bad (very, very bad).
