Helter Skelter was a Judge Dredd epic written Garth Ennis and drawn by a number of artists. It is possibly most famous for being the largest crossover story in the 2000 AD Universe bringing in heroes and villains from nearly every flagship 2000 AD title of the time.

The Judge Cal of a parallel universe has got his hands on the dimension jump technology of the Dark Judges and has used it to summon a vast array of enemies from across the 2000 AD Universe.

The only other crossover with a similarly large and varied cast was the Tharg the Mighty story "A Night 2 Remember" which brought together a wide range of the creative talent and a large number of the characters for the comic's 25th anniversayr issue (prog 1280).
