Enacto is a community located in the south-eastern part of San Diego, California. Encanto can refer to the community Encanto or can refer to Enacto neighborhoods, which consists of Chollas View, Lincoln Park, Emerald Hills, Valencia Park, Encanto, South Encanto, Broadway Heights and Alta Vista. Enacto neigborhoods is a predominantly a low-density residental community with dense residental, and commerical and industrial businesses located near major streets. Enacto neighborhoods is going through revitalization with such programs as the Chollas Creek Enhancement Program, which focuses on open spaces and restoring native vegetation.

Encanto neighborhoods is bordered: to the north by Martin Luther King Jr. Freeway (CA-94); to the south by National City and Skyline-Paradise Hills; to the west by Interstate 805 to the west; to the east by Lemon Grove and Skyline-Paradise Hills.
