Encryption Anywhere Hard Disk
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Encryption Anywhere Hard Disk is a disk encryption software product designed by GuardianEdge Technologies (Web site) to protect personal computers running the Microsoft Windows operating system. As a software implementation of disk encryption, Encryption Anywhere Hard Disk protects data at rest on sector-addressable storage media, i. e. hard disks. As an enterprise-class IT security system, Encryption Anywhere provides integration with Microsoft Active Directory through the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) and Active Directory Application Mode (ADAM). The management console for Encryption Anywhere Hard Disk exists as an MMC snap-in; ADAM is used as a central repository for application-specific directory data such as encryption keys and status information.
