[edit] Summary
The 'American Breakfast' at Joseph's Café, 137 Stoke Newington High Street, Hackney, London. 4 November 2005. Photographer: Fin Fahey.
This is one British view of how Americans eat their first meal of the day. Alert readers may note that it actually involves a simple substitution of bubble (or toast) for a small potato pancake (underlying the egg). Having said that, it was actually very good, mainly because you can rely on Joseph's bacon.
