Ensign C. Markland Kelly, Jr. Award

The Ensign C. Markland Kelly, Jr. Award is present annually by the USILA to the NCAA Lacrosse Goaltender of the Year.
Kelly attended the United States Naval Academy where he was a goaltender on the Midshipman Lacrosse team. In World War II, he was a VF-8 fighter pilot. Kelly's plane was lost and never recovered at the Battle of Midway. [1] [2]
