I feel the redirection of this page to Enterprise information portal is improper. EIP is a term used predominately by BEA systems, makers of WebLogic (a brand of portal). Other similiar portal products use "enterprise portal" or simply "portal". Cverlo 22:18, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
An Enterprise Portal is a gateway to Enterprise content, applications and people. The EIP term only refers to the information aspect of an Enterprise portal. Thus, I feel that the name "Enterprise Portal" is better representative of this content. (Shomic 00:03, 9 February 2007 (UTC) Shomic Saha)
