Eric Wilson (born November 24, 1940) is a Canadian children's author born in Ottawa, Ontario and now living in Victoria, British Columbia. He mainly writes mysteries featuring the characters Tom and Liz Austen, which take place in various locations around Canada. His familiarity with different parts of the country comes from his childhood: he lived in a number of communities because his father was an RCMP officer. Wilson's books have sold particularly well in Canada and Spain, with sales of 2.5 million in ten languages worldwide [1]. he lives in tisdale now
Wilson was voted 1992 Author of the Year by the Canadian Bookseller's Association.
