I'm disputing the tag because before I posted the picture I did look around on fan sites and such requesting if anyone had a picture that they had taken of Bana and would like to give permission to have it posted on Wikipedia. I have continued to search, but again have had no luck. -- Underneath-it-All 16:42, 28 November 2006 (UTC)

Our fair use policy forbids using a non-free image if a free image could be created that could be used in its place. See criterion #1 and counter-example #8. In this case, it would be possible to create a free image; therefore this non-free image may not be used. Whether a free replacement image exists or not at this time is not relevant. – Quadell ^{(talk) (random)} 18:12, 28 November 2006 (UTC)

I have found a fair use image that was given to me by the webmaster of the Eric Bana Archive. I explained how a free image was needed and I finally got permission to use one. I added it to the article already. -- Underneath-it-All 18:29, 28 November 2006 (UTC)
