This image, Ers.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution copy of a VHS cover;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the VHS in any way;
3. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the video artwork on another VHS.

This image is of a videotape cover, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the videotape or the studio which produced the videotape in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of videotape covers
