Exton Square Mall is a mall located in Exton, Pennsylvania. It is anchored by JC Penney, Macy's, Sears and Boscov's. It is located at the "Crossroads of Chester County" at the intersection of U.S. Route 30 and Pennsylvania Route 100.

Exton Square Mall was built by the Rouse Company and opened its doors in 1971 as a split level mall with one anchor store. This anchor, Strawbridge and Clothier, was centrally located in a two-story location. The main body of the mall ringed the anchor store with an octagonal split-level common area.
By the 1990s the mall was showing its age, espeically in comparison to the development of the King of Prussia Mall 20 miles to the east. In 1996, Boscov's and JC Penney signed a lease to open locations at Exton Square following a massive rennovation and expansion project. The expansion added three new anchor stores, a new food court, two parking structures, and a complete second level. Construction concluded in early 2000, with a grand reopening in May of that year.
