Český Brod

Český Brod (IPA: [ˈtʃɛski: ˈbrot]) is a town in Central Bohemian Region, Czech Republic. It is located 35 km east of Prague and has a population of 6,637 (2005).
Rock for People, an annual summer music festival was held in Český Brod since 1995 till 2006. In year 2007 it was decided to move this festival to Hradec Králové.
Large mediumwave broadcasting facility is located 2 km from the town new a village called Liblice, which is an administrative part of Český Brod.
