That would make sense if this IP was actually the source of persistent vandalism. It isn't. Leaving aside for a moment the 25th January, when there was actually vandalism, the edits on the 24th look fine [1] [2]. The edits on the 23rd look fine [3] [4]. The edits on the 22nd look fine [5]. The edits on the 19th look fine [6]. I'm sure you get the picture.
