Ha! Touché, Mr. 207.159.182.47. (Can I call you 207, for short?) It's funny, but if you look around the Wikipedia help pages, and spend any time here, you begin to feel that every piece of jargon we throw around at this site has its own, named page somewhere explaining it, if only you know where to find it! In this case, the sockpuppets page (WP:SOCK) had already been linked to twice, and the second time, the link pointed specifically to the explanation of "meat puppets". I just assumed everybody had checked that out, or else already knew. Mea culpa.
Anyway, 207, if you're not familiar with Wikipedia yet, nor yet accustomed to clicking on links that people toss out in conversation, then I guess my humor would be a bit lost. As someone noted right after your reply, the glossary isn't necessarily visible to newcomers. Wikipedia jargon really is quite well documented, almost compusively so. More so than the jargon of many specialties, unsurprisingly considering that Wikipedia is basically an incarnation of our culture's obsessive urge to document itself in minute detail, and Wikipedians are among those most infected with that obsession - hence their becoming Wikipedians.
It seems the John Larney article has been cleaned up a bit and has a fighting chance of surviving this VfD - there's another bit of jargon, and a defunct one at that - this vote. I'm off to read the new page now, and see what I think. Cheers! -GTBacchus 03:41, 18 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Wyoming
Why in the world did you post that stupid comment? Wyoming does exist! To borrow a quote form Small Soldiers: "Just because you can't see it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist."--HistoricalPisces 19:15, 21 December 2005 (UTC)

- You are the dang most hardened skeptic I've ever met! Since you ment no affont to me in not believeing in Unitarians, I mean no affont in asking you this: Do you believe in God? I bet you don't because you can't see Him!
P.S. I used that qoute for effect.--HistoricalPisces 18:42, 22 December 2005 (UTC)
To add to the person above Please discontinue your arguement at the Wyoming talk page. Your claim is "Wyoming doesn't exist" when in fact it does. Wikipedia is not a publisher of original thought. Try to keep your edits in a Neutral Point of View, keeping in mind that this is an encyclopedia. Some of your edits are considered vandalism which is not tolerated. Thank you
