With regard to the sock puppet claim this user has also used 213.122.93.157 - an account blocked in the past for making constant vandalism and stubborn baseless reverting on the Shaw and Crompton page (which at time of this edit is forwarded for semi-protection status). He is also known for using a number of obscene words and making personal attacks on other members following frustration. This user may be a future problem and admits having dynamic IP rolling please see [2] for proof.
