Your changes to the dates have been reverted because you aren't providing sources. The current dates listed there have source references provided. The extremely early years you suggest for the beginning of Gen X aren't likely to be supported by many sources; the only one I can think of off the top of my head is Coupland's original Generation X definition, but he's the only one who ever really used that, and most demographers are in agreement that the late 50s are still well within the Baby Boom. Anyway, if you can provide relevant and reputable sources, that will help -- but you might want to discuss it in Talk page first. -- ManekiNeko | Talk 03:14, 29 January 2006 (UTC)
