As for the content of the article and why it keeps being deleted, there are a number of problems. All of this information can be found in our content policies, which I recommend you read before contributing a new article; I've summarized the important things here for your convenience:
- You created an article titled "Ozura" using the account User:Ozura. This strongly suggests that you are employed by or in some way affiliated with the organization; consequently your contribution is likely to be viewed as advertising, or other unencyclopediaic promotional material. Wikipedia has a policy against advertising, and also a policy that explicitly says Wikipedia is not a directory. In other words, it is an educational resource, not a place for companies, corporations and other commercial organizations to promote themselves.
- The article did not provide any tangible assertion of notability – importance or significance. This is required for all articles about people, groups, clubs, organizations (commercial or otherwise), websites, bands and a few other things. This is mainly to stop people writing articles about themselves, a band or club they formed with their friends, a website they made, or an otherwise uninteresting entity. Wikipedia does not have the resources to maintain a high-quality, encyclopediaic article for each of the six billion people in the world, so we use the "importance or significance" criterion to make sure only those entities that merit articles will get them. Note that I'm not saying Ozura Mobile isn't important or significant, merely that if it is, the article doesn't show it.
- The article did not cite sources for its claims. Ozura Mobile may well be a "leading international developer and publisher of mobile games", but Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a primary source. Any information included in articles should already have been published, or otherwise be available somewhere outside of Wikipedia, and the articles need to make references to this information so that they are verifiable. Ozura Mobile presumably has its own website, which is a start, but because of the problems with maintaining a neutral point of view when referring to a promotional website, that's unlikely to be considered a reliable source. Sources should be reliable wherever possible; if Ozura Mobile has been been the subject of an article in an independent newspaper or online publication, or has been cited in a published book, research paper or other work, this is an ideal source for an encyclopedia article.
