Well the notes and references are fine for me, I think they're good. The only thing I think people would object to is the 'in-world' style of writing, meaning that the article sounds more like the events actually happened somewhere. This wouldn't bother me personally, but I know at least a handful of users that would. The best bet is to see what happens with the GA nom, and then wait for just a little while before going for an FA again. I think the second time around, you will see a big split in supports and opposes. There's a good chance that it will be accepted that time around, but I think that it's best to take one step at a time. The best of luck to you, and I'll check back on the article later!
