This article was deleted at one point due to alleged non-notability. I found a reference which established notability under the WP:BAND requirements, namely "has been the subject of a half hour or longer broadcast on a national radio or TV network." That was the nationally broadcast Austin City Limits episode #69 and the segment was approximately 30 minutes. While I realize this isn't a very famous band (and is now defunct) they are fairly well known in Austin and as indicated got some national exposure via Austin City Limits.
